Design Within Reach makes authentic modern design accessible. Since 1998, we’ve offered an expansive collection of furniture, textiles and accessories from iconic designers, much of it available exclusively at DWR. By offering customers the best in modern design – including classic pieces from the masters of mid-century design like Charles and Ray Eames, Eero Saarinen and Le Corbusier, as well as innovative items created by today’s cutting-edge designers – we make design within reach.
We work at DWR because we love design. We spend our days (not just at work) immersed in the aesthetic values of modernism – clean design without excess ornamentation, innovation in material and production, creativity, accessibility. We are inquisitive, and Instagram is a source of discovery, education and (at times) escapism. Our list represents the cultural nuances that incite our creativity and maybe even our next big idea.
