Having a creamy oatmeal made of oats (of course), tigernut flour, raw cocoa powder, cocoa nibs, chia seeds and mashed banana! Topped with strawberries, raspberries, vegan protein yoghurt and brown almond butter. My tip for a creamy porridge consistency: Add all dry ingredients to a blender or food processsor and blend till they look powdery. Wishing you all a happy holiday! 🖤 . Lang lang ist es her, dass ich mein Oatmeal mit Euch geteilt habe. Heute gibt es ein cremiges Oatmeal aus zarten Haferflocken, Erdmandelmehl, Kakaopulver, Kakaonibs, Chiasamen und einer zermatschten Banane. Getoppt habe ich das Ganze mit Erd-und Himbeeren, einem Löffel veganem Proteinjoghurt und Mandelmus. Wenn ihr alle trockenen Zutaten zu Mehl verarbeitet vorher, dann entsteht eine super cremige Konsistenz. Ich esse meine Oats nicht mehr anders. Ich wünsche Euch allen einen schönen Feiertag!
