Start off your day with a few healing crystals at fitness guru Taryn Toomey’s permanent Bridgehampton outpost. This workout studio, which promises to exercise both your brain and your butt, is located next door to the original SoulCycle barn, should you want to double up on sweat sessions.

Sag Harbor’s newest and most charming boutique is brimming with vintage furniture and stocked with all the straw bags you could imagine. Plus, a vintage-inspired frock from LoveShackFancy is pretty much guaranteed to lure in a summer romance. Or so we’ve heard.

Carissa Waechter has a devoted following hooked on her freshly baked breads, locally-made cakes and meringue pies topped with gold leaf. If we didn’t know better, we’d say it looks almost too good to eat.

Even if you can’t get a reservation at Eleven Madison Park’s pop-up restaurant on the East End, it’s worth dropping by for a drink or five. Make sure to order the Pretty & Basic, an extra large cocktail made from rosé and Aperol that has been accessorized with a Barbie that appears to be tipsy.

Montauk Saltbox might be serving the most well-rounded meal in the Hamptons. It’s a Bloody Mary, garnished with a lobster slider, bacon and shrimp— and best of all, it’s appropriate for any hour of the day.

Calling all sailors — Gurney’s Montauk Resort & Seawater Spa has expanded to include a yacht club. Situated on the largest marina in the Hamptons, guests will enjoy access to Gurney’s 2,000-foot private beach, as well as wellness and fitness pop-ups at The Fashion Collective at Gurney’s.

THE GET

Hampton Water, a pleasing pink blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Mourvèdre grapes, was inspired by life on the East End and created in the South of France. Plus, as the brainchild of Bon Jovi’s son, Jesse Bongiovi, it also boasts serious pop culture pedigree.
