Inspired by the infectious energy of Miami clubs, 305 founder Sadie Kurzban launched her dance cardio classes while she was still an undergrad at Brown University. Now, multiple locations offer kickass dance classes, as well as newer toning strategies, complete with a live D.J. complete with club blacklights.
