It’s clockwork: Around this time every single day, we crave a snack. And until someone invents a farm-to-desk delivery service, our options are confined to what’s within arm’s reach. The fine folks at Into the Gloss created a list of 40 low-prep office snacks two years ago, and we still shop by it. One of our go-tos: KIND snacks, known for their straightforward lists of whole ingredients. That made us wonder what the KIND team eats (can one truly subsist on nuts and fruit?), and who they look to for inspiration. So we called them up. Here, the KIND team shares the seven Instagram feeds they “snack” on, if you will.

Says the KIND team:

We know there are lots of snacks to choose from nowadays, but we also believe if you can’t pronounce an ingredient, it shouldn’t go into your body. Actually, it shouldn’t even go into your pantry. That’s why we focus on making snacks that are made from whole nuts, fruits, and whole grains. We’re constantly thinking of new ways to delight your taste buds and keep your body happy, and you better believe we look everywhere we can for inspiration, including our Insta feed.
