Brand Experience Manager (NYC)

The Gramlist is looking for a diligent Brand Experience Manager to oversee one of our project management teams in the day-to-day execution of a wide variety of social marketing and influencer initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, motivating, and excited to take on new challenges.

Tasks and Opportunities:

This role will directly report to the Director of Brand Experience and focus on providing our world-class clientele with a premium, technology-driven experience with the focus on added-value and retention. The ideal candidate will bring a diverse skill set to complement a close-knit team of next-generation social marketers and add distinctiveness to the company during high-velocity growth. This candidate should be a standout expert with agency or publisher experience and has worked previously with multiple tiers of influencers understanding best practices across multiple social platforms, and a strong knowledge of sponsored content guidelines.

 

  • Lead programs from conception to launch and optimization – global/regional marketing programs and project strategies – creating project timelines, managing client communication and, tracking relevant metrics
  • Oversee all client and influencer communication from start to finish; act as main client liaison, problem solving and effectively addressing unique challenges as they arise
  • Relationship management savant with the ability to build and foster new relationships with clients, influencers, and industry stakeholders
  • Oversee digital research, identification, and relationship management with influencers that help meet and exceed brand goals
  • Implement creative briefs from ideation and strategic vision to execution
  • Experience with performance marketing and paid media boosting / amplification
  • Spot and support trends in team results, social landscape, and proactively suggest methods of continuous improvement
  • Effectively delegate and collaborate with supporting team to ensure all client touchpoints are ahead of deadline  

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years in digital marketing at a publisher,  creative / public relations agency, or platform handling social / influencer programs or brand strategy
  • In-depth knowledge and comfort adapting to an ever-changing digital and social media space
  • You are comfortable working with all levels of management – internally and externally
  • Experience prioritizing and juggling numerous projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a track record of strategic next-level ideation, creative execution, + problem solving
  • Experience with paid social media in support of influencer campaigns
  • A phenom in Instagram and deep knowledge of the shifting social media landscape
  • Hybrid thinker: understand the balance between creative vision, strategic thinking and data-driven insights
  • Communication is your forte
  • Excellent time manager who can prioritize, manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously within time constraints
  • Always thinking about how to help the teammates around you excel
