Tasks and Opportunities:

This role will work alongside the Brand Experience Manager and Coordinator in the post-sale execution of next-generation creative programs. You will lead your clients, influencers, and partners through the life-cycle of unique social-first initiatives from initial touchpoints to renewals.

This role will be responsible for all talent communication and campaign logistics, ensuring each project is set up for success and exceeds established KPIs. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of the constantly evolving influencer and social media landscape with their fingers on the pulse of what’s next and where the industry is going.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ideate strategic, creative, + best-in-class influencer campaigns leveraging proprietary insights
  • Create and deliver strategic campaign reports
  • Foster and cultivate strong relationships, solidifying trust throughout the activation life-cycle
  • Collaborate on influencer briefs for creatives and influencers
  • Manage multiple projects, navigating seamlessly between many different stages of the campaign cycle
  • Analyze campaign to leverage valuable insights and optimize opportunities mid-campaign
  • Monitor campaign results in real time in order to optimize campaigns as needed; develop post-campaign wrap reports for client

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience, preferably in a digital agency, publishing, or new media environment in a client-facing role
  • Solutions oriented problem-solver: adapts easily to change and brings strategic solutions to the table
  • Hybrid thinker with equal understanding the importance of creative storytelling and analytic insights
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly evolving environment while balancing needs across clients, talent, and the organization
  • Must be proactive, resourceful, efficient and comfortable asking questions
  • Proficient in Apple iOS, Keynote, Google Suite, and all social platforms
  • Team player: thrives on collaboration, but can work independently as well
